Brands outside the seven-category priority list have more time but should plan now. ### I'm a US/UK/Chinese/Turkish brand selling into the EU. Does ESPR apply to me? Yes. ESPR applies to any product placed on the EU market, regardless of where the manufacturer or brand is domiciled. Separately, an economic operator established in the EU must be responsible for the product — but that can be your EU importer, which most brands already have, rather than a newly appointed authorised representative.
