PassportCraft LLC is established outside the European Union and provides a hosting service to recipients in the EU/EEA within the meaning of the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065). PassportCraft LLC has appointed Data Protection Representative Limited (trading as DataRep) as its legal representative under Article 13 of that Regulation for the EU/EEA.

PassportCraft LLC is responsible for the content of this website. Digital Product Passport pages published through the platform contain information supplied by our customers, who are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that content.
